I am going to Myrtle Beach in late October for 3 days and would appreciate any recommendations for restaurants.
Also, what is SC law with regard to concealed carry in restaurants? It appears there is no prohibition other than not consuming alcohol while carrying. Is there a prohibition on CCW in the Myrtle Beach Convention Center? Are there any local laws related to CCW in Myrtle Beach, or does SC have a preemption law? Any decent gun stores in the area? from what I remember:
1. Carry Concealed where you like according to the law unless posted (fed, police, hospital, school, etc...) 2. If the restaurant sells for consumption, you are prohibited from carrying inside, even if not consuming. Reciprocity: States that share make sure your state is on the list 
SC Gun Laws Can't help with eating on the Strand, I have managed to stay away since Senior Week 1992-didn't leave anything when I left! Have fun and enjoy one of the pimples on our otherwise, pretty Great State! |
