Hey all, I have not posted in here lately as Ive been busy getting my life in order with graduating from college and finding a new job.

I am a disabled vet who purchased the lifetime sportsman license which is a great deal if you are at least 30% military disabled I paid $75 for lifetime hunting/fishing inland/coastal fishing EVERYTHING. I am wanting to learn how to hunt as I have never been. I am hoping this would be a good place to go and ask around for someone willing to teach. Anyhow if interested post back here and maybe we can talk a little more or get a group together or something.

Hope this can drum up some interest.

I'm not your guy, but thank you for your service.  Plus, I bet you get more offers than you can handle for help in learning to hunt.  Everyone here is not into hunting, but I bet you at least get pointed in the right direction.

Again, thank you for your service 2Kitty.  Could you let us know which part of the state you are in?  I'm a novice in WNC, but may be able to help some.

Well I live in the High Point area but am willing to travel in the region. Western NC I think is beautiful and I was stationed at Bragg so both areas are with a two hour drive for me. I would like to hunt deer for the meat. I have a British .303 for the hunt that I have dressed up in a stock.
