My gf is already saying we cant go to our event tonight for fear of the storm looming on the horizon
I love how worked up people get around here when someone says snow... Anyone wanna do some training in the snow? |
| I am in Charlotte and I woke up to ice/snow on my truck that has all melted, its 36 outside right now so until it gets colder we are just looking at rain for the time being. I have some family in Winston and I think we are looking at around 3" snow fall but who knows.... |
| I just got threough building a 5 foot tall snowman with the wife and clone. I'll post some pics later. I don't know about a burrito but I am goin to eat some left over zatarans. then a pot roast tonight. LOL. The look on my little clones eyes out there in the snow is what I call PRICELESS! |

I'm stuck at the Charlotte airport trying to get to Phiily... so far I'll be in Philly at 2am![]() People here are so funny, they hear the word snow and milk & bread are sold out at walmart. Why are people scared of a few inches of snow? |

Yeah I had to work in the 'stuff' today. I got home, loaded up our van, and headed for the gun show load in. All is well in that department. Meanwhile back @ HQ Central (Greer SC) it's kind of sleety/snowy/raining if that's a word. I know in my heart it is simply going to suck when I get up to leave in the morning.
My pal in Hendersonville says he is snowed in. We have bread. We have milk. Dinner is cooking, & we have bier! |
| This morning I drove to Elkin, where the sky proceeded to take a huge snowy dump on me. Decided to ditch Mt. Airy, and drove back to Greensboro, got my own car, and drove to Wilmington for the gun show. Was pretty nasty anywhere west of Burlington, but still rainy and windy down to the beach. Milk and bread? Why would I want that if I was snowed in? Id rather have a pound of bacon, a dutch master, and a copy of The Shotgun News. |

I always thought the reason for milk and bread was to have something to wash down the last can of cat food and to make a cat sammich. |

About 8" of snow and about 4" of sleet. Hard as hell to push. Most snow I have seen since 93. Near Brevard NC.
