He wanted Pizza Hut on the way out of town.
His dad kept piling his plate full, kept saying he lost too much weight. I wish the weather was better but it didn't matter. Even though we were indoors it was great. Sucks that the museum was so crowded and we didn't have enough time to go back after graduation. If he gets liberty during MCT I'll have to take him to the range and see if he can shoot better than this nasty civilian

Ah, the memories. Too bad about the weather. Graduation ceremonies belong on the grinder. I was thinkin the same thing..... Sorry that he'll have a life of knowing it would have been a bit tougher and he would have come out harder at MCRD San Diego....
ETA: Congrats. Thats really good stuff right there.... |

Memories,I graduated for 3rd Battalion Sept 18 1990. Semper Fi I see an Iraqi flag in your "location." Are you deployed now? If so, how are you doing with support items? We are starting to collect items again for my detachment's "Hoorah for Heroes" project. We sent a ton of stuff, literally, out with 1/6 a few months ago. They were headed to Afghanistan. At least those were the bins were were told by the Sgt. Major that they were going into when we dropped it all off at Le Juene.
