I have a related ?

Will you get arrested for inadvertantly exposing firearm?

Same for "imprinting"?

It is damned hawt down dere and I don't like to wear more clothes than necessary out of the house, and nearly none while in it.  This could be a hassle/arrest concern.

Thanks for sharing your propensity to run around naked in your own home. That's more than any of us need to know, OK?

Yes, you could be arrested but at the very least grilled and taken into temporary custody until it's determined that your VA permit is recognized here. Don't expect the cops here...or anywhere...to be experts on their own state's carry laws let alone another state's laws. SC carry law does not specifically address the "printing" issue but the law does say that it must be concealed and that it must be concealed by way of 'ordinary wearing of clothing'. I expect you to use the same level of COMMON SENSE here as you do in your home state.

This whole "how much can I openly expose my firearm before it becomes an arrestable offense?" gets old after a while USE COMMON SENSE.

There's a world of diffeence between a slight 'lump' under a shirt and the readily discernable shape of a firearm under a shirt that's too small/sheer/short to be worn as a cover garment.
