We have rain SE of Raleigh

Got some yesterday and this a.m.

Spent 4 hours in a deer stand this a.m.

It has a tin roof

Did not see any deer....zzzzzz

I'm not sure where you guys are, but where I'm at it is DRY......has anyone seen Falls Lake lately?  There isn't anything left.....I laugh when I drive over it and watch all the folks out there fishing in the puddles that are left.

It seems like it was only yesterday (2002) when we had the last drought.

At 12:45am, from my drive back from work, all of the roads / cars and grass was pretty darn wet.

We've (Rutherford County) had it off and on for past three days.   Our two creeks are up and the river on the back of our property is looking good.

Gonna have to have the landscape guys come out for another cut this season.

Yup. Its been raining steadily here all day long. My wife has a bunch of containers out on our deck to catch the water & store it in our fountain & spa. I need to get some of those 55 gallon blue barrels & add diverters to our downspouts.
