Well, I hit 1000. Figured I'd do post 1000 here at the home section and let you guys be the first oness to see my finally completed 870 express magnum. Complete with the stock I picked up at the Uwharrie shoot. My littel tactical home defense gun.

thanks for the compliment Actually she's not too bad. I picked up a couple cases of the "managed recoil slugs" 1200 fps but they don't kick real bad at all. |
Yeah I did all the mods myself. Most all of it is pretty much bolt on stuff. The most costly change was the sst-870 adapter from Cavalry arms. It needed a little persuasion to fit just right but other than that no problems. |
 No I don't ike things going bump in the night.Especially living in an apartment complex. I'm in Shelby. Out behind the High school. As for how to sling it, I'm still trying to decide. Any suggestions guys? Single point sling maybe ? I've got a GG&G single point sling plate. |

well done! nice 870, too! is that an aimpoint? congrats on the 1000th post. i don't know what we congratulate each other for other than hanging out on the site!  i enjoy ya'll's uwharrie posts and gear posts- sometime i'll be able to make one and meet everyone i talk with/read. i like the 870 as well but mine is a plain jane - i have a shorter barrel for home usage but thats about all for now. oh yeah and a side saddle. its my vermin gun - all kinds of vermin critters. |
