On Wednesday I called Sen. Blunt's Clayton office as well as Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer's Wentzville location about the B.S. that BATFE is attempting. I chose to call the local State offices's rather than D.C. to get someone live that had some time to discuss the issue. I was shocked to find out NEITHER staffer had heard or knew ANYTHING about it! This was depressing considering the outcry over on GD as well as other sites. I guess more people were busy buying/hoarding than trying to get BATFE back in the box.

However, I just received a call today from a staffer in Blunt's D.C. office (the local Clayton staffer assured me that my concerns would be communicated to the D.C. liaison who focuses on 2nd Amendment issues) to let me know they are aware of the situation and developing a plan as how to best move forward. I reiterated my concerns.

She said they had received hundreds of calls. It looks like we are being heard!

This is a rally cry to call your Representatives. This is not a fight to observe from the sideline or else the next "ban" will be M193 ammo then ALL "AR-15" ammo.

Let the butthurt begin.
