I would use Olfield. It's a bit of a drive but well worth it. They have the best breakfast sausage I've ever had.

Lockwood Packing Co. (Lockwood MO). It's about an hour drive but worth it for a clean facility and good people.

Hormann's said they will process, I asked because they make a fantastic teriyaki jerky.
Flat fee for a field dressed deer, by weight if quartered. Not sure which would be a better deal.

It's worth the drive to go to Shrock's Country Meats south of Buffalo. Amish/Mennonite community, some of the best summer sausage I've ever had. Clean, fast and fairly priced.

Shrocks and Hormann listed above are good. Forrest in Norwood is great. I have not been impressed with the one listed above in Ozark on Selmore road.

Neither have I to be honest. Just listed it as it was close.
