How does someone with prior convictions get convicted of illegally making an sbr and a suppressor and two felony drug charges get off with 5 years probation.

Just read that myself tonight. I just don't know. Must be allot more to the story then what we received in the paper.

Kind of strange that two local judges had to recluse themselves and the one who sentenced him had to be appointed.
