Oh, I did get my xds45 back from Springfield Armory, plus for my inconvenience they sent me a new magazine. I thought I needed something smaller to carry at various functions where my edc just wouldn't work out. I picked up a S&W Bogyguard 380.  I looked at a lot of the smaller ones, but the manual safety was the deciding factor. I shot one at Ultimate defense. Thought trigger pull was longish but not bad. Acquired the new Bodyguard....................it almost took 2 fingers to pull the trigger, needless to say was awful. I read if you dryfire it 4 or 5 hundred times it would be better. Nope, not even close. So to the Internet we go, after some reading, which I didn't do enough of before I bought.......... I ordered a Galloway Precision BG Trigger kit, that comes with a new Red Edge trigger.  Shortened the pull considerably, Two adjustments for take up and over travel. Amazing the difference a 100.00 bill and an hours work will make." /> Now Ill have to go shoot it and see if it runs.....................

I think the trigger on my LCP reminds me of the kickstart on an old '85 Big Red, back when it still had compression.
