Currently have tax stamps personally but am considering an NFA trust to reduce liability.
Can I add or build an NFA section into a land investment trust? Is that not a good idea legally? Who can help me do this? I would rather pay a fellow ARFCOMer who has some experience with these things than some local who's never done one before. |
