Wow, not many permits in St. Louis city. Would be interesting to see percentages by county. Overall, based on 6mm population, it's a rate of 2.85%.

After 6pm, St Louis city's population is probably at it s low point for the day.  Plus, don't need a permit for a car gun.  Or if you are already a felon.

Based on those numbers, I've trained about 10% of all the ccw holders in newton, McDonald, and Jasper counties. I had no idea they were so low.

When I turned my paper work in at sherrif dept, they stated there were about 60 per day filing in Jackson county
