Was out in Mexico Missouri today... Stopped by Graffs, nice folks, but was a tad disapointed at the selection of ammo and guns... I realize its a ""Reloading Company" But the sign says, Guns, Ammo and Accessories.; Not just Reloading supplies.... I did not see any Pistol ammo, or .223/556, but they had a whole aisle of Shotgun shells... Also, where the heck does everyone work that lives out there???? I saw some really nice houses out on Teal Lake Rd... We are gearin up to rebuild some stuff out that way... I may have to make the drive again Thursday as we are workin on bringin up a circuit between there and Hannibal... |

All pistol ammunition is kept behind counter running almost the width of the entire building. Right below rifles and shotguns which also line wall. You can't see everything in there in a few minutes. A lot of small items that detract your eyes from the big picture. Grafs never has been big on pistols. Lots of reloading stuff and big on hunting rifles and optics. What you can't see is what's special ordered. Back when Colt 6920s were bringing $1400.00 plus. Grafs was selling at their normal price with couple if month wait. I've been there hundreds of times and find new stuff every visit. You should've asked for a tour of the bullet room. |

Sounds like you went to the retail store in town. If you came up from I-70, you drove past their warehouse on the way in. Lots more stuff there, and when you call in orders, that's where they usually have you stop in to pick it up. |

I'm always lost, but that was directions to one of our Hubsites, which is offa that Teal Lake Rd, not to Graffs.... I pass the Graffs a few miles back on US-54 I think it was... As far as upgrades, yes you can say that... Over the next few months Hanibal Mexico and maybe Columbia will be getting newer, bigger, better Hardware pretty much all around. Some folks may see a big difference some maybe not so much.. |

Shit, I just found out I might be back out at one or both of the sites Tuesday... I'd love to go shooting out there and check it out, but that would be a NO-NO, transporting Firearms and ammo in the vehicle, and we are running so balls to the wall, I would not even have time. Last time I was out there for 13+ hours and didn't even stop for lunch or dinner... |

I've never had much luck at Graf's.
A friend of mine loves it and says he get's great deals. Rick and the girl that works there (sorry I can't remember her name at the moment) are usually nice. The other guys not so much. The last time I was there I decided I was not going to say the first word. I walked in, went to the pistol case, looked at the pistols. The whole time one of the guys was standing on the other side of the pistol case. He never said hi, would you like to see something, kiss my ass or anything. I finished looking, turned around and left. No thanks, come back, don't let the door hit you in the ass, nothing. There are plenty of other shops that at least act like they want my business and appreciate it. |
