Looks good!
In case you have never looked into it before.... Modifying the garage from double doors to a larger, single door isn't hard or particularly expensive. As you would expect, the benefits of the single door are pretty nice. ETA: The options available these days could also allow you to have windows along the top panel of the garage door, which look similar to the one on top of the window, left of the front door. When we did our door, I didn't think the $250 extra would be money well spent on windows, but wifey preferred it even on our rear-facing door. I like it for the light it allows in as well as now I can see the door going fully down or up when I hit the button from the street at night. 2nd ETA: Not trying to spend your money for you, just seeing something that I put up with for too long on my own house and thought I'd share. |

House was on the market for 600 days went on the market 10 June 2010.
Seller had come down $30k on it to get down to $189,9k I offered $179k and they pay closing and provide a new home Warranty, They countered to $185 and they pay closing costs and provide the new home warranty. so they basically settled for $181k. 3.9% interest. |

They are plumbed in series... |

So, what area around KC did you find a house with a few acres that you can shoot on? I am out in P-Hill about 4 miles from Bill's place. Cain't necessarily shoot there but I may put up a 22 Berm and we can shoot shushed... maybe... |

out of curiousity, how is the cable company there (Cox or TW)? i am starting to look around but really want to stay with TW due to work (i get about 30 mb avaerage between my house and office due to our office on the metro ethernet service) Don't know, since I did not currently have Cable in the house (Direct TV and Centurylink Telephone) I chose to go with DSL, which has yet to work. I also didn't want to be at the mercy of the power company for Telephone either. with the cable phone if the power fails you gots no phone. Trying to consolidate. In KC I had AT&T and TW, Loved TW interweb though. |
