Beware the man who has one gun with a well-worn finish. You're doing fine. Unless you hit the lottery it takes time to acquire what you "need". Later you will start buying less "practical" guns that are what you "want". Don't even bother mentally adding up all the accessories for each gun such as holsters, magazines, ammo, cleaning gear, spare parts, etc. |

I rate your OpSec at zero. I was thinking the same thing, but I believe I heard a rumor that he had a boating accident today... tragic really. Man I could care less about opsec. If it ever gets to where you're telling the man about your boating accident, you need to be poppin pmags. If opsec in the form of not getting robbed, sleepr can vouch that my house is never empty meaning we are always ready. |

Have to agree with above....
Avoid the ladies! - Save money for important items. - AKs, silencers, etc. Soon you will beyond buying what you need. (You gotta get a 1911!) Correction... You NEED a 1911! Nice collection. Wish I had your press, but I don't think I will trade my wife for one. After 30 years, some things just grow on you. |

I see no .22, 12ga, or silencers.....you need to contact B&R Gubs (sub-mg), and either buy a .22 rifle or CMMG upper. After that, a Rem870 or Moss500 in 12ga seems in order to have more basic covered.
Now get out of school and start working.....eventually you will be an idiot like me, ordering guns with a total $5129 price tag after accessories! |

Get a C&R license. Feel the exquisite joy and pain that comes from being able to just buy buy and buy more guns that mere mortals can comprehend.
Great for discounts at many major firearm supply places too. (Midway, Brownells, Grafs, etc.) Oh, only cost 30 bucks for three years... |

Yeah, my next guns will be a Dedicated 22 upper. I plan to get a m&p 22 pistol and maybe a ultra compact Springfield 1911. All this comes after a ppk. My job requires a suit several times per week so I need the ppk to go bond style! That only makes perfect sense! |

I picked one up for my girls to shoot suppressed and get use to the operations of the AR-15. Very nice and light plinking gun. Let me know if you need help finding one. |

Dont do it.....that's how he hooks you. Next thing you know, you're giving him your bank account information for monthly direct withdrawals towards various cool toys he informs you "just arrived and you should get".
Btw.....Bret, when you wanna come out to shoot again? I was thinking the weekend after my OBR comes in! Haha |

Quoted: 10/22's are a hallmark of every gun collection, and they can be had for <150 with some shopping. For my HS graduation, back in the 80's, I asked for a 10/22. Everyone else in my generation wanted luggage. I still have my 10/22. i can even put it back to bone-stock if I want to. WINNING! |

Quoted: Yeah, my next guns will be a Dedicated 22 upper. While I like your thinking, you may want to reconsider that. A complete S&W M&P 15-22 AR-pattern rifle is cheaper than a dedicated .22 upper by a decent margin. And who doesn't like an excuse to buy another complete gun? ETA: SUB_MG beat me to it by half a day. ![]() |

Quoted: I got my house for the price of a used car, but then again most of us that live in a van down by the river did....Looks like a good collection so far. Now you gotta start savin up a place to keep em all. Still alot of deals in houses in MO. Seeing houses out there for used car prices. |
Very good start young man , I see alot of good advice here about avoiding Women Forever ,or as long as you can , Get yourself a Good Dog instead , every time I go to a gun or pawn shop , I always find a good used deal on something that I was not even looking for , and if the price is right , I end up bringing it home with me , I really need to stop going into those places ...
Buy what you can when you can, and have fun looking !!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck on your collection |
Looks like you've got a zombie and/or ninja invasion covered.
