And if it's not inconsistent and slow, it's inconsistent and hot. You can certainly hear the difference between some rounds.
3 moa at best. Here is a pole and the responses about silver bear. Really, as long as you're going for ringing steel at a max of 200m, you'll be just fine. ETA: If anything, it'll tell you pretty quick whether or not your gun can run the steel cased ammo. Some AR's do okay, some dont'. |

I'd love to shoot the sweet goodness you help make everyday, but I just can't afford enough of it. 3 MOA trigger time is better than no trigger time I guess, plus it can help me practice malfunction drills as a bonus! |

Learn to reload. Do some research. save your brass and then just add the price of primers, bullets and powder. Plus you will be able to tweak the ammo to the weapon to get the best results. |
