So I haven't been to a gun show since I've lived in St. Louis and I've decided I'm going to one in the near future. I just got my latest edition of American Rifleman, and it shows two that are relatively close.
Orlando Gardens, Midwest Arms April 15-17th St. Charles Family Center Metcalf April 23-24th Does anyone recomend or not recomend either of theses? |

I called today. Orlando Gardens is around 200+ tables, and $5.00 at the door.
Metcalf is $12.00 and he didn't know how many tables yet. I realize this is the same gunshow others said was VERY bad that was at Family Arena. The advertised it as Family Center, it threw me off. |
| Just 2nd hand news to me. But one of my buds went to the first one at the St. Charles Family arena. He said that they did not pull back the bleachers and you can imagine the floor space was small and thus the tables where packed in with very little space between to walk. Far more little old ladies with their candle or what not. And the jerky sales men. They are going to have to make this one much better before I will go to it. Esp. if the cover charge is 12 bucks, good grief! Hell the St. Charles convention center last weekend was 9 bucks. But at least it is one of the better ones in the St. Louis metro area. |

Thats what I read about it on here. The Orlando Gardens on is about 5 minutes from my house, so I think I'm going to give it a shot. |
