I wonder why they wrote the bill for 5 years? They should have written it for 6 years to match up with the expiration of your ID or drivers license.

FIRC - something to do with the CCW covering you on a gun purchase instead of a NICS check.

Well, part of it is trying to add handguns to be sold like long guns for people that live in bordering states. Also, lowering the CCW age to 21.
