Looks like you had fun!

I always wonder though how much monetary damage gets done to those trucks at each event compared to the intake.  Marketing, eh.

I've been to it a couple of times but the traffic leaving has been so bad I don't dare go back.
Kewl show though, I did enjoy it.

Feld refuses to hire Bigfoot, or even discuss it with them. Bigfoot has contacted them and said they'd like to do it, but my guess is the Feld doesn't want to mess with the success of the Grave Digger/Maximum Destruction rivalry.

It started long ago, when Pace Motor Sports owned Monster Jam, and to be involved you had to sign away certain rights, like not being allowed to film your own trucks. Bigfoot didn't want to rights/control of their company.

Lots of people, including me, keep contacting Feld and asking for Bigfoot to be hired. That's why I've worn my Bigfoot shirt to Monster Jam the past two years, trying to help get the message across. The drivers certainly notice.

It is old time issue and they have made it a point in Bigfoots home town of St. Louis, MO. Bigfoot has 11 trucks and they do about 750 shows a year so they do not need to be in one more show.

They don't need it, but lots of us fans want it.

very nice thanks for sharing.

I always thought that Bigfoot is the one that started it all and they do not want him in this competition. I guess he would steal the show.

I just checked the GD thread and it looks like not many people did enjoy your contribution. What a shame.

I send it back to the top so other can see it and hopefully also enjoy

Thanks. I agree that they're worried about about the first ever Monster Truck stealing the show, because no matter what else happens Bigfoot will always be (or have been) the first.

36 years later, and the first one is still going.

Finally a real truck with doors that I can slam or dangle from before jumping three feet down.

Took my 5 year old son for the first time.  Place was completely sold out.

In a five year old's eyes, free style and demolition derby were the best.  Heck, both were the best in this 45 year old's eyes.
