It is common sense. This is seriously one of the questions on the test; You pull over Jim Bob. Jim Bob has felony warrants out for his arrest through your agency. Do you: A. Arrest Jim Bob B. Call for back up C. Handcuff his right wrist, to his left ankle D. Let Jim Bob go. That is honestly on the post exam.

| I've got 19 recruits in the Missouri Sheriff's Academy right now. They take the POST test and graduate in June. Most of them have already started stressing out pretty badly. Pretty much a no brainer test. If you can pass the block exams, you've pretty much got it nailed. |

How many times were they sued for discrimination before the test was dumbed down to this level? |
