As long as you show up with a pulse it shouldn't be a challenge.

After its done, you will wonder why you spent all that time in the academy for the stupid test.

The academy prepares you the best it can to get out on the "street" and then learn how to be a cop. It does not prepare you for the exam because it is a joke.

Good luck. From what I hear, it's not as bad as you think it is.

Uh....good luck I guess.  I doubt you'll need it.  Its all common sense rubbish.

It is common sense. This is seriously one of the questions on the test;

You pull over Jim Bob. Jim Bob has felony warrants out for his arrest through your agency. Do you:

A. Arrest Jim Bob

B. Call for back up

C. Handcuff his right wrist, to his left ankle

D. Let Jim Bob go.

That is honestly on the post exam.

Ugh, where is that facepalm picture.

Seriously, good luck.  You will be fine.  You really have to try to fail that test.

Don't worry, if you CAN'T pass the test...you have no business even OWNING a gun!

Surely it can't be as easy as when I took it.

There was only one question on the test when you took it. "Do you know where the flint goes?"

Flint? Did something replace the matchlock?

Thanks Folks.
Oh yeah, I passed....to anybody prepping to take this test; you really have to TRY in order to fail.

I've got 19 recruits in the Missouri Sheriff's Academy right now. They take the POST test and graduate in June. Most of them have already started stressing out pretty badly. Pretty much a no brainer test. If you can pass the block exams, you've pretty much got it nailed.

How many times were they sued for discrimination before the test was dumbed down to this level?
