Ok, so I decided to sit on my ass and watch TV. I chose to fondle my 1911 type 10mm while watching (for the 87th time) the history channel show on how the Athenians (300, the movie ya know) led by Leonidas fought to the end.
Anyway, as I was fondling my "gun"  I decided I need to replace the frame. So, does anyone know where I can get a nice 1911 type frame in the StL area? Stainless would be awesome but carbon steel might do too.

Anyway, no help on the frame. If you know how to do all that, maybe sometime you could show me how to install the replacement trigger I have for my Defender. I'm a-skeert to try it...  It is pretty easy, the next time I am in the Stl area I can drop you an IM and come by your place and install it for you. (don't know when that will be, the range out there I was working on is complete  )
