onto Kirkland brand premium all-natural vanilla ice cream. The flavor combination of sweet & salty does work wonderfully well.  However the texture of the bacon on the ice cream does not. Cold bacon is very chewy. Verrrrrrry chewy. Much smaller pieces are needed, but then IMO you're losing part of the appeal of bacon, it's "meatiness".
But, if we could just get past the April Fool's jokes and actually bring this product to market..........
