I don't know if they still have them in stock, but I bought some essential lowers straight from the factory about 2-3 weeks ago for $100. I bought two and the gun shop charged me $25 to transfer it.

I got mine directly from EA and pretty quick. The price is right and you can probably get a local FFL to handle the transfer for you.
