Just looking for any recommendations for a decent mechanic. Need one to look at brakes, wheel bearings, etc. I've set up appointments in the past with numerous shops and all have given less than satisfactory results, so figured I would see if anyone in the KC area found any they trust.

I can't tell you how much I recommed this guy. Great mechanic, honest, and a good guy all around. Give him a call. You won't be sorry. He's from Kenya. I believe he told me he waited 7 years to get here and went straight to school. Just him and his brother run the shop. Sorry guess I probably should have mentioned the car as well. Its a 01 Ford Crown Victoria which is used for Disaster Response.

BNH Auto. Its more in your area. They are just off N Oak behind papa johns. I have only used them twice. Both times they were nice and seemed honest. The last time I went and dropped $400 on a big time tune up.
I believe they are by appointment only. ETA- Is you crown vic white? Have some decal on the side? and do/did you work at 169 and barry? If so I know you! |
