[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 700 smiths

Looking for some feedback on local Rem 700 smiths. I have a 700 that needs a trigger job and crown. GAP is not taking work at the moment.

I have heard the name Larry Smart of Smart's Rifle Shop in Meta as a good one. Anyone have work done there?

Josh Woods in JC is one of the best 700 smiths around here. I think he has a website. Woodscustomrifles.com

I can do it for ya. $40 parts and labor for the trigger and $40 for the recrown. I'm in Washington.
