I've been saying - even if McCain wins, the fact that this Socialist/Markist POS came so close to the white house, will really shake my opinion of the people in this country. If a GOP candidate had even ONE of the many skeletons nObama has, they would be run out of town and they'd have a snowball's chance in hell at winning any sort of election. WTF

I agree Evo, even if NObama doesn't win, the fact that he is able to get so close is in a word, frightening. Had McCain had even one of these connections he would not have been allowed to get even close to where he is. Who would ever think a man with these connections could come even close to the white house?! Calvary, I agree that McCain was not my first pic by any means out of our selection (I was kinda a Fred Thompson guy myself, unfortunetly he fought for the spot less than any though), but out of viable choices he is IMO the only one we have. I guess democracy only lasts so long, as it appears we are seeing... |
This is not a democracy. It is a republic or least it was one. |

Democratic Republic by the people confined by our sovereign document to keep the masses from taking away the rights and privileges that all should possess. It came from thousands of years of repression of these rights and privileges from other nations that our fathers wrote this document (The Constitution) Without them, the governing and the controlling masses can vote out (democracy at work) those rights and privileges for Mob Rule to take over. That way there would be no chance of rebellion (Revolution). |
