I went, got there around 4:30 PM and posted up in front of the main stage. We caught Saliva, Sevendust, Shinedown, and STP (which was awesome, btw). Wide "variety" of people there, including two middle aged nasty bitches who thought popping a squat right next to where we were sitting and pissing on the walkway was a good thing to do. They set a fine example for their young teenage daughters they had with them

Sounds like you had a good time then. I was wondering about STP. They never seemed to have the same "vibe" as the rest of the bands. Glad they did well though. As for the mother of the year awards, no joke! That always disappoints me to see. I don't mind the normal families, but the bad example families should just stay home. |
| I'd say STP was the highlight of the show. Lots of energy from all members, good interaction with the crowd, etc. STP was one of the bands I always wanted to see, but was too young to when they were in their prime during the early 90's. Always been a huge fan of their stuff though. Hopefully Scott can keep himself out of trouble and they can stick together awhile. |
