| The only place that sells guns in Branson is Bass Pro, and they only carry hunting rifles and shotguns. I believe Ozarks' Shooters complex on Hwy 65 sells some stuff but doesn't have a very large selection. I think there used to be a gun store in old downtown but it has been closed for a while. |

The main AR dealer in that area is "417 Guns" in south Springfield a few miles south of Hwy 60 (James River Expressway) on Campbell Ave. It's only about 35 miles due north of Branson and well worth a stop if you're going through Springfield to Branson. Some other fairly good gun shops in Springfield include Gunsmoke at Glenstone & Division, Gunslinger at Campbell & Sunshine, and Loftus Pawnbrokers directly across Campbell from Gunslinger... and of course there's Bass Pro's world headquarters on Campbell. |
