| I've never done it but I seen people renting pistols at Arms Mart in Independence www.armsmart.com/ |
| What are you looking to try out? Chances are somebody in the Kansas City crew has an example of something you are wanting to try out, maybe you can join them at a local shooting range. We're a pretty nice crew that way. The only way to find out what you like is to try it, after all. |

+1 on the Bullethole. Last time I was there, they had quite a selection. Here's their website |
Not only that, but they got back the pistols used in those crimes. I, of course, being the caring individual that I am, asked if they were going to "notch the stocks" on those pistols. They did laugh.

Doesn't bother me, I don't mind shooting at Civil war or Revolutionary war battlefields either. |
I guess I'm kinda weird that way too. When I was interning at the capitol building in Jefferson City some of the interns went on a tour of the supermax prison there. It was really interesting and educational. Anyway, they took us to see "old sparky", the electric chair that was used to execute prisoners on death row in years past, and I promptly plopped right down in it. People looked at me with shocked expressions on their faces, and I was just like "What? What? You've never been curious to know what the view is like from here?"

Considering most Revolutionary and Civil War battlefields are historic sites, and usually crawling with tourists, I find it interesting that you shoot there....unless you're a re-enactor.... |
They did laugh.
