While we did get stuck in Springfield for an extra day or two, we did make some interesting finds. Wouldn't this look good on the range, once we get the shoots back up and going?  Got this in trade(4 wheeler, not Jordan :)  Saw this on the way home. Always wanted a vette, but this was a little too "Adam's family" form my taste.  |
| Those Conversions were pretty popular at one time, along with Gigantic Spoilers, and HUGE fender flares... and converting the headlights from popups to inset... Or Taking the Tunnel Roof Corvettes and making them into fastbacks... I would love to have a 69 Corvette at some point, but until I take over the world, I doubt it will happen! |

Ricky Wegener would beg to differ....  Red Army faction Hijackers jacked a Lufthansa 737 and via a Circuitous route took it to Somalia. In the night between 17 and 18 October 1977, Somalian ranger units created a distraction, while members of the GSG 9 supported by two British SAS operatives stormed the plane. The operation lasted seven minutes and was successful: all hostages were rescued, three hijackers died, the fourth was seriously injured. Only one GSG 9 member and one flight attendant were injured. The international counter-terrorism community applauded GSG 9 for the excellent and professional handling of the situation, especially because assaults on planes are considered one of the most difficult scenarios a hostage rescue force could face. |
