And yes, that is me.
Does anyone know where I can find a front and read rack, and handlebars for a 2005 Kawasaki BF 650???
Injuries were minor and that hill is a hell of a lot steeper than it looks in that photo!

Linky no worky.  We were out ATVing yesterday.  Only had 1 oopsie when Timothy was trying to get turned around in a steep walled creek and I figured I could pass right by him.  Slid down the bank and pinned my leg inbetween the ATVs.  Nothing bad though, we were running small 4 wheelers.

As for the racks, supposedly there is a guy over in Columbia that has an ATV graveyard of sorts and sells used units.  I'm heading over there after lunch.  I've heard he is hard to catch there, but if he is, I'll see if he has something for your Kaw.

John, Gretchen, Lawrence, Linda and Emmett are all in St Chaz today.  I've got a couple of sick kids.    Such a nice day and they can't go out and play.

ETA:  new link shows thumbnail, but says vid not available.

Now, how bad was this accident that you can't even us a computer properly?

Well, if you watch real close you can actually see it rolling over me. The video is cut short since the camera man (My buddy Bob) decided he did want to get run over by a sideways rolling quad, the wuss. It looks like I just jumped off but when the front end came down it just stopped and threw me, I went down and backit came over and whee!!! away it went.
BTW, you have any ideas on where I can post this? apparently both geocities and whatever-the-hell it is (associated with g-mail somehow) doesn't like me.

Well Gary, that explains why I didn't see you and your bright shirt Saturday. Good show as what I have come to expect of the St. Charlie show.

Never did find the ATV guy, sorry.  We drove around for about 1.5 hours.

Oh well, thanks for looking anyway. I think I do have most of the problems fixed now, just need new racks.
Paul, I wanted to go and was planning on it but this morning I just didn't feel up to it for some reason....
Did you see any good deals?

The google vid just worked for me.  I can tell it was steep by the sound of the ATV.  I'm glad you're alright.  It might be nice to get together with a bunch of guys and do some off roading sometime.

Sorry Gary, I didn't mention it, but I am also glad you are ok. I was not really looking for any real deals. But I did find what I was looking for except for one item. I felt that 9 bucks was a good deal for clean stripper clips (100) and bought another spoon for the clips for 1 buck. So I was happy, plus I added 5 bandoleers for 5 bucks. I was hoping to find that guy with the fancy spring loaded knife sharpener again, but I did not see him. I went with a fellow electrician from work. He said this was the first time he had been to a Fun show. Should have seen him, like a kid in a candy store. And he is about our age, and never been to one. Just blows my mind. I suppose you could say that I was seeing a gun show for the first time, through his eyes and it was a blast. Usually I can blow through a show the size of St. Charles in about 1 hour. We must have been there Saturday for about 2.5 hrs.

Well any accident you can walk / hobble away from is a good accident. See ya down the line somewhere.
