| I am looking a purchasing a handgun in Mo. I have a valid conceal and carry permit for the state of Minnesota and it looks like your state honors it. Question is does anyone know if ffl's do? I was looking at Summit gun brokers site from grain valley, Mo and would like to purchase from him.. Anyone ever bought from this company?? If so how was the service?? Thanks for any help!! |

Sorry, federal law prohibits an individual from buying a handgun outside of their state of residence. If you want to buy a handgun while in MO, you will have to have it shipped to an FFL in MN, where you can pick it up. With that in mind, it would probably be more cost effective to do your gun shopping back home. Prices would likely be comprable, but here you would have to figure in shipping and fees for the receiving FFL. If you are trying to get around some kind of MN state permit, that's no good either. MO residents have to get a "permit to acquire" for handguns. CCW permits don't help in this instance. |
