I just paid the fine online using alapay.com. However, do I still need to sign the ticket and mail it in as my "Plea of Guilty/Waiver of Rights"? Or am I covered by just paying the fine online? Thanks!

I'd say contact the court where you were supposed to go to, and have the online payment info handy.

Paying the fine online is the same as signing the ticket and mailing it in with a cashiers check or money order. You're good.

Thanks guys, just found a note on Morgan County's circuit court site that said any payment of a ticket will be considered an entry of a guilty plea so like you said moonjumper, GTG. Thanks!
