For those who don't know, that's "Task Force Bend Over Here It Comes Again" and you know it is. Time to grab your guns and run for the hills boys and girls! Some dumb SOB went and shot a bunch of people at Virginia Tech this AM so the Liberal Gun Grabbers won't be far behind. While I have sympathy for and pray for the loved ones of those killed, I hope and pray that the gunman didn't use an "EVIL" assault weapon. If so, we all know that this will be the ammunition (no punn intended) that the Liberals up on the hill will use to take away the AR's and AK's from law abiding citizens.

I predict that the media, instead of focusing on the PERSON who committed the crime, will blame it on the in-animate object (the gun) for committing the crime. The person will be seen as just a troubled young man.

Immagine for a moment that just one of those poor students was able to have a concealed carry permit and immagine, if you will, that the students second ammendment rights didn't stop at the door of VT. I bet there would be a dead gunman and alot of students still alive this PM as I sit here and write this post... HK USP .40 on my side.

Can't wait to see the Senate Hearings on THIS ONE!

I deeply feel for the ones lost in this horrific crime but can only fear what's to come from it.

The administration at VaTech should be taken out and shot. Recently a student was punished for having a gun on campus even though had a permit, How many lives would have been saved if the Constitution instead of pussy liberals followed.About students carrying at VaTech, it's not needed per the eggheads there. If I was a parent, I would sue them into oblivion. The students of today have been so pussified they just stood there  and were shot instead of rushing the gunman.

In June, Tech's governing board approved a violence prevention policy reiterating its ban on students or employees carrying guns and prohibiting visitors from bringing them into campus facilities.

Gun bill gets shot down by panel
HB 1572, which would have allowed handguns on college campuses, died in subcommittee.

By Greg Esposito
381-1675

A bill that would have given college students and employees the right to carry handguns on campus died with nary a shot being fired in the General Assembly.

House Bill 1572 didn't get through the House Committee on Militia, Police and Public Safety. It died Monday in the subcommittee stage, the first of several hurdles bills must overcome before becoming laws.

The bill was proposed by Del. Todd Gilbert, R-Shenandoah County, on behalf of the Virginia Citizens Defense League. Gilbert was unavailable Monday and spokesman Gary Frink would not comment on the bill's defeat other than to say the issue was dead for this General Assembly session.

Virginia Tech spokesman Larry Hincker was happy to hear the bill was defeated. "I'm sure the university community is appreciative of the General Assembly's actions because this will help parents, students, faculty and visitors feel safe on our campus."

I've gotta kick in.... The real people responsible are the ones that were treating this person for his 'mental' problems.  I'm tired of people screaming for gun laws, when it is the people - Dr.s - that need to be responsible for what they do with their patients and the lawyers that allow these 'air thieves' to prey on good innocent people.

Let's put the blame where it is deserved - on the shoulders of those who allow the criminals to have the same rights as those who obey the law.  Another thing, that is off subject, but wouldn't it be nice to hold the politicians responsible for their blunders?

Especially for the conflicts we are in?  Let's set a time frame, hmmmmm.... reminds me of Basic Training/Airborne School/Etc., almost anyone can last in something tough if they know how long it is to go.  Iraq & Afghanistan are not schools and/or games with time limits to be played, but politicians seem to think so.  Lose your job and go to jail, if your politics are wrong!  Let's step up the stakes for those that don't attend....
