It looks like a limb fell and knocked loose two of the three lines coming into our house.  The anchors where they are attached have been ripped away from the roof and they are kind of hanging there, still anchored by the third remaining line (thus, we still have power and everything)

Are they responsible for everything up to the meter, and we responsible for everything from the meter into the house?  If so that's good since it will be on them, but I don't know how I am going to get the anchors attached back to the house.  I guess they will have to cut the power off at the pole first.  So I wonder if I will have to hire an electrician to reattach the anchors and the power company will reapply the lines - or will the power company handle it all?

Augh!

Sounds like you may be in an older home if you have 3 seperate wires coming from the pole to the house to provide power.  If that's the case, then you may well have to provide the power company with a proper conduit & meter base before they can do anything.  I would contact the power company & just see what they have to say before I hired anyone to do a thing.

That's the way it is with 2 co-ops and at least 1 city owned power company I've dealt with in years past.  YMMV.  Good luck & I'm glad that's all the damamge you had.

Are they not responsible for the meter?  If not, do I have to get them to cut off power at the pole so I can work on it?

Either way, looks like we may be getting to try our new homeowner's insurance.
