Pincade in Griffith. I believe he repairs machines as well as sell them.

Diltz and sons in Mishawaka is the only one that comes to mind.

I have no experiences or references for them, but they did service a lot of pool tables in the Michiana area for years.

They do mention pinball machines on their website.
