Can anybody help me find an old thread? It's from a couple years ago (not really sure when).
The thread was about a guy in IN that was doing his own septic work on his own property. He did not get a permit to do so. The inspector tried to come on the property, he refused, a deputy accompanied the inspector the next time and forced the guy to allow the inspector on his property. In the discussion the pertinent IN statutes were brought up regarding if you need building permits for work you're performing by yourself on your own property. I cannot find those statutes, and I was hoping that thread would help me find those statutes. Anybody remember that thread? Any help finding it? I'm not a team member so I can't search and I can't view the archives. |
