Authorities say more then 100 dogs were seized on Tuesday at two locations in Orange County. The animals have been raised and used for dog fighting, an illegal gambling activity. Indiana Gaming Commission Officer Jeff Franklin of Paoli, who is supervising the investigation, said authorities will seek arrest warrants for two men, Brian E. Denny of French Lick and Eli Taylor of Louisville, Ky., for cruelty to animals and promoting dog fighting. Franklin said 109 dogs were seized from three locations after search warrants were executed. The dogs from both locations showed scars from fighting. . There were dogs that were flea-ridden to the point that the people with the humane society (who assist with such investigations nationally) said they had never seen such flea injury. There were dogs with severe ringworm. . Dogs that the collars were so tight and had been on their necks so long that it was literally embedded in their necks.” According to the Bedford Times Mail, The preliminary investigation revealed that Orange County Circuit Court issued two search warrants, one for the Denny property, at 2492 S. County Road 1000 W., French Lick, and the other for the Eli Taylor property, which is about seven miles east of Paoli on U.S. 150, in the Hilltop Grocery vicinity. There was also a third location near Marengo in Crawford County, a previous property of Taylor, where four dogs were removed. In addition to the 109 dogs, authorities located the remains of other dogs and found items commonly associated with dog fighting. All the dogs were seized, processed and examined by the Humane Society of the United States and members of the Purdue University Veterinary Science Department. Officials believe the dogs are basically warehoused here and then are transported to different locations and possibly even to other states to fight, but believe there have not been any recent dog fights in Orange County.

I don't even know what to say.

My girlfriend lives right in the area and her brother's husky went missing about 2 years ago.  Gate was open and electric fence off.  Nookie

I would love to see these scumbags droped into a pit with someone like Conan the Destroyer and forced to fight to the death. I hope they get ass raped in prison to the death. Anyone who would treat mans best friend like this is subhuman trash.

I would gladly put a bullet thru the forehead of anyone who particpates and promotes this shit.
