I was wondering if an attorney could get points of of license after the fact. I have a valid license, but I ran into an issue at work where they changed insurance companies and I didn't make the cut. The new insurance company is looking back 5 years and is not acknowledging the defensive driving course i took either. Their are several speeding tickets over the five year period. I just wanted to know if it was possible.

Thanks

I'm not a lawyer, but i think the only time these can be removed is when they are deferred which can only happen shortly after you receive the ticket and I believe you can only defer once.
