Check later in the week in the 3 gun area for round count. For birdshot nothing heavier than 7 1/2 shot. Slugs as needed.
Should be a good one. No rifle shots over 100 yards and most less than that. Bring your own water/drinks and such.
Rodney always has good stages and Mike uses his pnumatic moving targets sometimes depending on the stages. Im going to try and help on setup on Sat and avoid the RO thing IF possible on Sunday.
Have you shot multigun/3-gun before?

If you have OBI's bring them. (Open Bolt Indicators) For the long guns. I think they may be available for sale at the match for a buck or two but Im not sure.

I'm usually there, but I'll be near Ft. Wayne shooting the USPSA Indiana State/Section Pistol Championships.

tnek ... why do you say shot no larger than 7-1/2?

The club has always had the 7 1/2 shot rule as far as I know. Its inteneded for the way the trap/skeet ranges face the frontage road I believe. Its kind of silly for the way the other shooting bays are configured. Its not like the nazi's are out and I think in our situations its not a factor.  People probably use 6 shot or heavier all the time but I just always pass that along to shooters.  In fact Im pretty sure I have used #6 shot when I ran short in the past but I try not to.  For me the only time I have yet to need anything less than #8 is the demon possesse Texas Star and we dont have one at the Wildcat.  I used 5 shot last time for that and now I even have a box of Remi Phesant load #4 for the damned torture device Star.  I actually like it in a masochistic way

I didn't know there was a rule outside of the trap range.

You should probably suggest to The Mighty Yendor that he mention it in his next match announcement, because most people don't know about it.

Are they required for the shotguns too, or just the rifles?  I have two of these that were provided free at a match I went to many years ago.

Speaking only for clubs that use USPSA rules ... any gun that is not in a holster or a bag needs to have a flag in the chamber.  Of course, pistols have to either be in the holster or bag.
