Anybody know the status or due date of the Kolbe cert petition?

I can't find anything on SCOTUSBLOG, are we sure they officially filed a petition? The last en benc hearing was 02/17, last I heard they were awaiting the Gorsuch appointment

iirc they have 90days from judgement, so within the nest 2 weeks something should be known

May 10 2017Application (16A1074) granted by The Chief Justice extending the time to file until July 21, 2017.
Can any conclusions be drawn from the approval of a 90 day extension?

Yeah, they know a showdown is coming and this might be it. It looks like they'll pick up Peruda, having ditched Woolard so maybe we'll get concealed carry while they're at it.

Peruda should be in conference today, so maybe we will know if they pick it up tonite or tomorow
