| As per maryland state law, what is the max length of a pocket knife that a person is allowed to carry, before it become illegal? |
|
Quoted:
There is no max blade length. As long as it folds, it's GTG. This. No fixed blades and no autos (for concealed carry), but everything else is legal. It's presumptively legal to carry fixed blades openly in certain situations. I've never been hassled about my fishing knife, for example, and hunting I'd imagine you could have a field knife no problem. Autos are legal to own, but not legal to carry. |
