Does anyone in Md know of an attorney that could help me with a revocable trust for NFA weapons?

He did mine and was very easy to deal with and the price was not bad.

Did mine also, great to deal with.  I didn't even need to go to his office we were able to complete everything via email and phone.  Price was better than I could find anywhere else in MD.

What about adding ALL your firearms to an MD trust and including family members like siblings, cousins, etc. ?

+1 Jeremy Robinson did my trust as well.  Class III dealer I am working with said that 75% of the trusts they see come from him
and none have ever had a problem.

What kind of price are we talking? I have my own trust that I did will software (which I've already paid for), so I don't want to invest a whole lot more.. But I would like the piece of mind that it's right before I send off my paperwork!

This is slightly off topic, but it does fit in here. If I have an SBR registered in my name and if I were to get a trust set up before the new gun legislation goes into effect, could I reregister my SBR under the trust after the ban has been put in place? I am assuming no, but wanted to ask.

I may be wrong, but I think you are ok to do that, but you will likely need to pay the $200 tax again.  Someone will correct me if I am wrong.

I think I just read that here in the class 3 forum where someone was asking pretty much the exact question.
