| This is slightly off topic, but it does fit in here. If I have an SBR registered in my name and if I were to get a trust set up before the new gun legislation goes into effect, could I reregister my SBR under the trust after the ban has been put in place? I am assuming no, but wanted to ask. |

I am assuming no, but wanted to ask. I may be wrong, but I think you are ok to do that, but you will likely need to pay the $200 tax again. Someone will correct me if I am wrong. I think I just read that here in the class 3 forum where someone was asking pretty much the exact question. |
