Hi all,
I recently had a fellow from MD win an auction of mine for magpul 30 rnd mags. Everything I have found says it is illegal to buy, sell, transfer, or ship anything over 20 to your humble state. Is there anyway for me to legally ship them up there?

Can I ship them to an address in a border state since that would mean he bought out of state, received out of state.

any help appreciated.

Yes you can ship them to another state, as long as it is legal to do so in that state.

Thanks, I've been looking at laws but it is a pain in the ass to interpret line by line.

You can completely disassemble the mags, and then ship them to MD as kits.
