I'll be visiting my sis in DC for 5 days starting tomorrow. i know to leave firearms at home. but what are the knife laws? and not just general knife laws, but monument/museum laws too?

Folding knife with blade < 3" ok for carry.
No go in museums or Fed buildings.
I get one in with my tools.
