I have a friend stationed at Dover AFB. We're currently deployed and he's interested in AR15's and may want me to build him one and send to an FFL in DE. Any issues in DE with threaded barrels, flash hiders, col stock or 30rd magazines?

Understand that it's likely much easier and cheaper for you to simply guide his hand on what to buy and have him buy a lower and then mail order the rest. You'll pay a lot of money in shipping and transfer fees for a complete rifle that he'd be better off spending on ammo or optics. |
