I was reading this thread on del ton's arfcom industry forum.
you have to pay a yearly registration fee to keep your personal info and serial numbers in the state database.
I admit I don't know much about maryland gun law, and even less about Md law in regardes to regulated firearms. I havn't heard of annual registration fee. Is this guy mistaken? If not could someone explain this fee? Thanks |

Thanks for clearing that up, one of these days I'm going to try and sort through all of marylands gun laws.
Things where alot easier when all had to worry about where bag limits, season dates, and my old rem870. After taking an interest in AR15s and trying to figure out the laws, I end up feeeling like a criminal even though I havn't done anything wrong. gets aggravating after awhile, almost seams like they want you to give up
