What's an assault pistol? Is it a catch word created by gun-grabbers to make it sound more menacing? A cosmetic feature? If you ask me it's a pistol and should be classified only as a pistol, and therefore completely legal!

"Assault" anything is a catch-word created by gun-grabbers.

"Assault pistols", as far as I know, includes military-style assault rifles and carbines that don't have a shoulder stock. For example, this would be an "assault pistol":

So would something like a mini-Uzi with no stock.



Which makes me wonder...if you have an "HBAR" AR15 pistol, is it allowed?


In answer to the original question, yes, it and all other "infringement" laws ARE unConstitutional. But it took THIS long for the court to take a case like Heller, and those unConstitutional laws have been on the books since the 70s.
