Is the standard mini 14 "ranch rifle" considered a regulated weapon? The reg. weapons list has the "folding stock model" listed, but I just want to make sure it doesnt apply to all minis. I want to do a ftf sale with a coworker, but I dont want to break any vaguely worded laws.

No mini 14 is regulated unless it has a folding stock. Does the one that you're buying from the coworked have one? There's your answer...

Thanks, Im the seller. I assumed the way it was worded that it ment factory folder, but wanted to be sure. You know what they say about assumptions!
